We received PAL on October 08, 2021 after the call from the Immigration officer

They asked me twice for the bank statements but because they did not received it in the first place so I sent them once again and then a few days later the office called as saying our application will be approved within the next two weeks. I sent them the online statements only

yes the same thing is happening to me, I cannot get it

Ihad the same issue apparently the server is down, I cleared up the cache and cookies it does not work

I submitted just the online statements, they accepted them
