They asked me twice for the bank statements but because they did not received it in the first place so I sent them once again and then a few days later the office called as saying our application will be approved within the next two weeks. I sent them the online statements only

yes the same thing is happening to me, I cannot get it

Ihad the same issue apparently the server is down, I cleared up the cache and cookies it does not work

I submitted just the online statements, they accepted them

We just received an email from the Winnipeg office with the acknowledgment of our ADR.

How long it took for them to process your ADR I mean after you submitted the ADR how long it took to have any other step processed on your application

Go to your online bank account and download the statements, that is what they need.

I guess they want to know how we support ourselves here in Canada, not a big deal

We just received an email and an update on our application, ADR requesting a new Background declaration, pay stubs, T4, bank statements, and traveling history info again.
