Looks like GCKey is down. I called in and they said that systems are down and agents may be unable to help. Still on hold, will update once i know more.

k UCI in AOR is Sponsor's AOR. Principle Applicant's UCI can be found on GCKey if you manage to link the application, alternatively it will be included in the Biometrics letter.

If you applied through portal, the initial confirmation comes from a different email. If you use Gmail, type "from: IRCC.DoNotReply-NePasRepondre.IRCC@prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca" in the search bar
