I've obtained a GIC from CIBC and my classes are scheduled to begin on Sep 7th. Since I have not received my Visa yet, I will be beginning my studies online from my home country. Okay thank you. So I can go for an upfront medical eventhough I've already applied for my Visa? And then update the medical records to my existing file?

Visa applied - June 12th Biometrics completed - July 14th No update since. I was planning to start my studies this fall but it certainly looks like I would have to defer it to January.
