For me if it happened between Friday and Monday, it would be Wednesday for the update. If it happened from Tuesday to Friday, it happened on Friday or Saturday. So usually a couple of days.- Beachalog

Got the official invitation emails today. In exactly three weeks, we will finally be Canadian citizens after 13 years in Canada and 10 as permanent residents. I'm sure it's going to be a great feeling!- Beachalog

I'm in Drumheller, which is about 1.5 hours outside of Calgary. We would have had the in-person ceremony in Calgary, too. Nothing happens out here in the sticks! We just got the emails to download our citizenship certificates. So, since I had a ghost update tomorrow, and it's Wednesday tomorrow (update day usually!) I am expecting to get our virtual citizenship ceremony invitation tomorrow, or at least this week.- Beachalog
