I did the same thing, had a medical exam receipt and the list of tests done when PA had applied for Study permit, we just made a pdf and an explanation letter uploaded as pdf in the webform. It got updated in 2 days as Medical completed. But BG has been in progress for 3 months now :D

Yes thats the only thing we see on GC key tracker. They update everything when final decision is made.

Quick question for others - Principal Applicant has to travel out of Canada to India for a family ceremony for 4 weeks. PA's SOWP was approved last week and has TRV until Dec 2025. Would it affect their entry back into Canada if they travelled for 4 weeks while inland PR is being processed?

Also if the OWP is approved but PR is still pending and have a valid multiple entry visa, they can return soon correct? like they have to make sure to be back before PR is approved? Thanks
