Didnt know it was possible, but I saw on the sheet, couple of others had similar instances. PA got BIL request but Sponsor didnt get the AOR email yet.

There is an Application number, is that the same as File number? the first line of the document is “This is to acknowledge receipt of your application for Canadian Citizenship. We will review your application and supporting documents and will contact you if additional information is required.”
