That's how CSIS notes are. You can't find extensive details as in GCMS notes. They only say if your security is in progress or completed (with the date of completion). In your case, CSIS can't find any file with your data in their bank. So your security is not checked by CSIS, only CBSA.

Same here, I called IRCC two time, on May 29 and on August 11. Both times they said to me that security has not started yet. So why aren't they starting the security check for us?

So when my primary VO is Sydney, and my secondary VO is CPC Ottawa, my file is still processed in Sydney?
