Did u apply with upfront medicals ? This message is set by default. If you applied with upfront medicals it takes a while to change to medicals passed. If you didn't apply with upfront medicals then later after you pass the eligibility review they will request for your medicals.

Yea, i applied on feb 4, 2019 and was refused on feb 25. My ielts expired on feb 11 2019 so I had to retake the test to avoid any further risk and improved my score from 7.0 to 7.5. So fingers crossed for my second time !

I ordered for gcms notes and then wrote a letter of explanation based on that. But I didnt attach the gcms notes page (page 31 which states the exact reason) in my offline application the second time applying. Is it mandatory to attach it.

Upfront medical is an option. If you did not submit your medicals with your application, then you need to wait for your medicals request from the embassy, unless your application gets refused..
