Great outcome!) They sent you the PPR because probably they received the update that moscow vac is not gonna open soon. Hopefully it would be close to what we expect from them too - the desireable permit to send my passport to Warsaw .

I received that email on September, 3rd. Is that truth? Embassy in Moscow keeps printing visas? They don’t even respond to emails sent to them.. (

Our dates are close actually, I received the pre-arrival services letter on August, 29th :) I just don't understand why they emailed this to me: "Please be informed that passport Collection letter will be sent to you once Visa Application Centres in Russia are re-opened. No exact date is known...

Surprisingly, but yes. I was reaching out to IRCC to confirm that I’m going to Turkey to give my biometrics and as a reply they said that they waived my biometrics and that my case my approved but they will not send me a passport request unless Vacs are open in Moscow..
