Inquiry regarding SINP Application Returned due to the reduced allocations

So sorry for your situation and actually we are going to see more of this depending on new government. You or your friend can try to apply for FSW direct through CEC, but provincial nomination is not an option at this time.

Four processing offices according to IRCC

First question here is how do you know Mississauga doesn't have datapoints for oath timeline? Your file is being worked on so fast, assuming you applied on January 2 this year... Also they are not too slow, they have lots of applications to process, do you know how many applications they receive...

Continuous work experience needed for CEC or not?

You don't need to work on the same NOC the entire one year, however, it must fall under NOC 0, 1, 2 or 3. For PNP, ideally you would be working for the same company until your PR process is done, otherwise you would need to advise the PNP program and it is up to them to accept it or not.

Urgent help required, confused between choosing to complete PR in Canada or move to US on L1

If you applied under PNP, you must stay in Canada and the province that nominated you, otherwise your application will be cancelled as you won't be fulfilling the requirement that is living and settling in the province that nominated you. Like mentioned before, it is your decision to stay or...

    February 2025 - Citizenship Applications

They usually rely on the information sent in your application, there is no way they can assume something and they don't have time for that. File your taxes if you can and send a webform advising.

First step: Inform province about your new status, you are out of status in Canada Second: stop working right away Third: Try to find a job in a company that will give you closed work permit

Is it better to switch from US to Canadian Citizen?

I would never renounce my dual citizenship meaning my birth citizenship and the Canadian citizenship. I don't know what future holds even though I love being Canadian and proud of my birth citizenship! In your case, even though US is a great nation, they are always involved with wars and...

Lost Job while permanent residence application in process

No, you cannot as that request was from province, not IRCC. IRCC relies on what province advises them.

    BOWP refused

So sorry about your situation. Please inform the province and IRCC immediately about your new status (out of status), otehrwise you'll get risk to get a ban for 5 years for misrepresentation. You cannot work either. Can your employer that hired you apply for a closed work permit for you?

    BOWP Refused

What was your immigration process? Provincial Nominee? You cannot go back home and wait for results there and you must advise the province and IRCC of your new status (out of status). You cannot even work.

Inquiry About Job Change and NOC/TEER Code for NSNP Express Entry Application

You must inform the pnp program of your job change. Sales rep is not comparable to manager at all.

Canadian Work Experience short by one week

Your BOWP won't be approved as you don't have the AOR for the federal part of the process. Better start having a conversation with your employer to get you a closed work permit if you don't have one already. If you don't have a valid work permit, hopefully you are not working as you would be...

Moving to another province is a huge red flag for PNP. What about moving to another country?

For your first question: yes, it is a mandate. PNP is all about establishing, living and working in the province. For or second question - Simple: for those out of country, they are directly invited by the province, through a strategic invitation - all provinces have that modality. Expiring...

Moving to another province is a huge red flag for PNP. What about moving to another country?

You'll have to inform the province and IRCC about your new status, as you wont be meeting one of the pnp requirements that is living and establishing in the province. Probably your application will be canceled

Please help me. My application has been sent back twice due to these errors.

It doesn't matter when you got your PR here, you will always be a citizen of the country that you were born. That should be left blank or add Present. When did you get the PR, you should have at least 2 years as PR before applying for citizenship out of 5 years eligibility
