Finally recieved eCoPR today, March 9th. Logged into the portal and uploaded all my details Feb 6th. VO Ottawa. Now just waiting on the card!

Congrats!!! It is a long wait. I am waiting since Feb 8. Hopefully, I will receive it soon.

I'm also in the same situation, I got message in my gckey account, no email.
I also raised a webform but not sureif that would help.

Hi I mailed the portal mail Id as well as the Etiobicoke VO mail Id with the same details asked in the webform. Did you receive the information letter from Etobicoke VO as well?

well, mine is for VO etobicoke. I don't have the etobicoke IRCC portal email so I send the info to IRCC portal email and state the problem and also raise the issue via webform.
If they email you as soon as you reply with the required info you should get the credentials within a day but since I didn't recieve any email from them just pdf of portal on gckey account so I guess this part needs to be done manually with someone in the office.

That’s so true. I had no clue that even for the portal log in and copr there is this much hassle.

Did you get a portal email and replied with information (first entry date, last entry date etc)???

I got a portal log in mail with credentials to log in, but I am unable to log in with the credentials they said. Getting invalid error.

Try to call and ask. I do not think there is anything to be worried about, but it is annoying to be waiting like this.
