Medical is not updated in Gckey

I lodged file on 4th Jan 2022, and Biometric updated on 12th Jan, 2022. Medical status showing that ' we are reviewing the results of your medical exam'. What to do in this situation. This status is same, since one month. I have raised webform also but nothing is updated yet. I am worried whether they have received my medical results or not?

There is no specific timeline for medical update. In some cases everything gets updated along with final decision so don't sweat over it much.
