Also nov aors are receiving their ghost update too latest is for 26 nov but many in between not received yet
I just received a request for additional documents (AOR Feb 21)
In the letter, the office has asked for Additional Family Information. However, they have asked for form IMM5645. When I looked up on cic website, the form 5645 Is for visitors and 5406 is for the Permanent Residency application. I am confused about which one to fill 5645 or 5406. Can someone help?
Additionally. i am also requested to resubmit IMM5669 (Travel History). Since my dependent child is under 18 years, should i leave the dependent child above 18 as blank or should I fill as "Not applicable"?

Can you please share your country of residence and medical status.? Did you receive medical request or extension or it was upfront..?
I am asking because my AOR is same as yours (Feb 2021) and have'nt received any update since my AOR. My country of residence is Pakistan.?
@ Ghazanfar: I am 2nd Feb'21 AOR, FSWO. No update received here as well. Did you ask for Gcms lately?
Same as me. I never ordered notes. And now it's too late to order i reckon.

My medicals got expired in January. I got a request for medical but surprisingly only for myself. Never ordered GCMS.
