Just posting my timeline again
COR- Nigeria
PNP-O OINP
AOR Oct 1st 2021
False GU Around November
Medical Pass and BIL December 30th 2021
Biometrics - January 4th 2022
First GU - February 14th 2022
Second GU - March 8th 2022 (my biometrics message changed also to my AOR date)
PPR - loading

Wow! Your timeline and mine is the same, though an immigration license agent is handling my application and I understand they submit their clients application through a portal as provided by IRCC so they don't get GU.

My timeline:
COR - Nigeria
AOR - 1st October, 2021
MEP - 30th December, 2021
January my background check; In progress we will contact your when we start your background check.
14th February, 2022 - background check changed to we are processing your background check ( I suspect this was when a ghost update happened going by your timeline)
You receiving the final ghost update today that will trigger PPR shows the same thing has happened to my application too.

Please a question for you prior to your 14th February GU what did your background check say?
After the 14th February GU what did the background check say?

Which portal you are talking about isn't it same for agents too that gc key one,
Why they don't get GU I called up my agency today they said they will tell once ppr received they said nothing is like a GU for them

We're the same. I received GU earlier this morning, though I don't know if it's the first one or if there were others that I missed before today. Praying our PPRs will all come soon
