You need to provide more details about what was being requested and how long ago it was (by how much you missed the deadline).

Generally speaking, the answer is that you should submit asap and then drop a webform to IRCC letting them know you are late.

I got notice to submit my pp, additional family info and redo medical last week. I have everything except pp which takes a month to renew so i wont be able to meet the deadline given to me.

Send a webform to IRCC and tell them you need an extension and why.
