Is being a 48 years old man an invalidant criterion to get a work permit from Cuba to Canada?
Would they consider my professional experience, language mark and health status before delivering a final decision?

So you have a job offer and LMIA to come work in Canada? If so and have applied for a closed work permit and are experienced, then your age should not be an issue.

thanks for aiding me. I am afraid of bothering you. But, can you tell me whether I can afford the LMIA

can I afford the LMIA or is it just permitted to employers to do so? Thanks again!

Once you have a job offer than your employer files for the LMIA and pays $1k. The employer has to prove that no Canadian or PR could do the job, only you. Then once the employer gets a LMIA then you file for a closed work permit. The process can take many months.
