Do i not need to provide "Proof of Means of Financial Support" documents ?

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to apply for visitor visa for Canada.I have just filled the "Find out if you're eligible to apply" section in Online Services and in the "Supporting Documents" section of the website i don't see "Proof of Means of Financial Support" like i saw on other people's applications.Supporting documents are these ;

I have been to Canada before and i answered "Yes" to that question so because of that do i not need to provide "Proof of Means of Financial Support" document or am i missing something here ? Looking for your help.I'm Turkish and applying from Turkey.

see the option of additional / optional documents and upload it there

These are the documents under optional documents.

"Client Information" instructions are "If you would like to provide more information about your application that you have not already provided, you can attach a letter of explanation to your application. " Should i upload them here ? Are financial documents relevant to that part ?

they simplified the application procedure in the new portal, so that required documents are different according to each applicant‘s personal circumstances. If you had us visa, previous canada visa etc, proof of funds will not be required. we can still provide as additional support document. Just follow the rules, you will be fine.

I have been to Canada and USA in the last 10 years.I also have a valid USA visa.So i don't have to provide proof of funds, but if i do , it would help me get a visa right ? I don't want to get rejected just because i didnt provide proof of fund documents since they are not mandatory for me.
