Can someone advise or share any experiences , if webforms can expediate the citizenship application process ?

Yes if you apply for urgent processing and it is approved. However, keep in mind that it takes weeks, now possibly months with the Ukraine situation, before they even read your web form request.

I find the IRCC Web Form reply is now faster. Most of my inquiries got answered from 1 day to ...a few days, or never replied. Recent ones were all answered within 1 day.

But .... the replied were all standard response

The webform is merely a tool for getting your need for urgent processing across to the IRCC. Your reasons for the request will get you the response and not the method of delivery.
I mailed an ordinary letter addressed to the processing officer in the office handling my case. It was received, noted, added to my paper file and declined. I found this out from the ATIP notes. I also sent an email to the office six months later, requesting for a review. I did get a response. DECLINED. I am only awaiting oath.
Unfortunately, my reasons for oath are urgent from my perception, but do not check IRCC's boxes of criteria.
