Hi Guys, could anyone please advise how to fulfill the 2 requirements for joint habitation if the spouse is on a visitor visa status in Canada.
I only have a Rental lease with both of our names. Other than that, my spouse is not able to get a joint bank account/telephone/internet, etc. as she's on a visitor visa.

Do you have anything showing same address such as driver licence, vehicle insurance?? Otherwise you'd need to attach a letter explaining why you can't fulfil these requirements.
I tried, but I believe they don't issue a Driver's license as well on visitor visa. I am aware of the explanation letter as a last resort, but was trying to know if there's still a way to fulfill those 2 requirements.
I do have another phone line added for her, but not sure if this counts as the account holder is still myself and the bills are addressed to me.
