any help is appreciated.
I have requested for passport pick up via webform for myself and my spouse on Friday 25th February, 2022 for our Canadian PR. We have got 2 emails from
passportsubmission@vfshelpline.com for myself and my spouse.
The AWB number for my spouse when checked on Bluedart website yesterday shows that the AWB number is active and the pick-up has been registered.
However, for myself, when i check the Bluedart website it says "No records found". To check this we had called Bluedart team yesterday and they have told us that the AWB number given to me is associated (or conflicting) with a different customer back from 2021.
Can some one help me on what to do next. should i raise another webform, should i wait for a reply, what should i do?
