hello. Can anyone please enlighten me. I applied for a study permit august 2021 , When i followed up with the visa office in my country, i was told it was never forwarded to them and told me to either check with Case Processing Center_Ottawa or CPC-Edmonton. Is the process like that really? Im afraid my application is somewhat lost since I believe i qualified with sds, even paid the tuition in full. Im en rolled supposedly for the Sept intake but now, January intake has passed already. MY account update is still in progress and background check is in process (update since Nov) I also passed the medical exam .

April intake are just weeks away now and i am trying to make plans forward, pending the decision.

Your application may be sent to any processing centre. It doesn’t need to be evaluated in your home country. Assume you deferred your studies.
