Advice needed

Good evening...!
I am seeking advice on whether I should take course for another year or should apply for PGWP . My background:
Age-24
Single

Graduation ( B.A. Economics Hons.)2018
Panjab University affiliated govt. college
Masters in Economics 2020
Panjab University affiliated govt. college.
1 year pg certificate in Public college in Canada (sep2021-april 2022)going on
No foreign experience
No one in blood relation PR

But I have found NOC-B job .The manager is trustworthy and says he is going to give letter at the time of filing PR.
I am in dilemma as I am not getting good course as well.
Looking forward for a sincere advice.

I am a student whose study permit is valid till September and first year study will complete by April end.

My two cents is to take a second 1 year program so that you qualify for a 3 year PGWP. You have a strong profile. However we've seen way too many people here take only the 1 year PGWP and then run out of time and room to qualify and apply for PR. The safest option is to qualify for a 3 year PGWP.

Hi guys … I had submitted a document for my pr file in processing through web form on February 18 but still no response. Does anybody had done the same thing. Please share your timeline
