Representative for minor IMM 5476

Hi,
I am applying for visitor visa along with my 2 year old daughter.

While filling my daughter's application it ask me "Are you applying on behalf of someone else? " If I select yes, It ask me to fill IMM 5476.
How can my daughter sign as she is just 2 years.
