Hi,

I am Jan 2020 family application - status still on process, completed citizenship test 2021 and wanted to know how many are there waiting like me. If you have any information if our local office is speeding our application.

Calgary applicant Sep 2020, wrote test on Jan 31st 2022, status update to completed on Feb 1st 2022, all other update to completed (decision made) on Feb 22nd 2022.

I'm also a Jan 2020 applicant waiting for an oath invitation. Calgary office. You are not alone There's a forum on this site for January 2020 applications, there are more.

Yes I know. I am on it too. But I wanted to have a separate one for our city. Have you tried contacting them? Or patiently waiting to hear back.

I'm not really waiting... I'm just fed up with how slow the process is. I'm living outside Canada and not really sure if I want the citizenship that much. I'm an EU citizen.

You can take oath outside Canada if you have a valid reason. There's a thread for it.

What the heck? I’m a July 2020 applicant. Wrote the test on Jan 31st and test status updated on Feb 3rd and still nothing until now.

Lol. I'm June 2020 applicant (family). Took the test June 31 last year. No updates ever since it went to "In Progress". And with the war in Ukraine, apps get pushed out some more. Not complaining though as Ukrainians are fleeing their homeland. Feeling blessed to be in Canada. My app can wait. It's a very small sacrifice.
