Today i got request for additional documents from ircc after re opening my file in India.
Following they require:-
1-Updated letter of job offer from Canada.
2 - updated employment documents, including pay slips and bank statements showing salary deposits.
3 - documentary evidence of how you meet all of the requirements of the position offered to you, as specified in the LMIA.
4 - any additional information and documentation in support of redetermination of your application.


In No.2 they required Updated employment document from me but i am unemployed now and that time also when i submitted my application for work permit and i already submitted my employement documents at that time and the pay slip and bank statement for Salary showing i did not submitted because i worked for cash my transport In UAE give only salary certificate.
I am little bit worried about that what should i do now ??
When the file was reopened at that time they asked the documents ? Or days after and if that is the case how many days after they asked documents since file reopened

Settlement was gotten September 9
Application was reopened November 1, new doc requested Nov 3.

No decision up until now.

post graduate Work permit outside canada.

Anyone also waiting for a redetermination after application reopened

Recently my application re-opened after 7 month.
Same with me. My file opened after 7 months and its been 6 months since i submitted the docs. No decision until now
 
When the file was reopened at that time they asked the documents ? Or days after and if that is the case how many days after they asked documents since file reopened

my employer does not give pay stubs to any employee and salary does not deposit into bank account.
I am unemployed now don't know why they asked for updated employment documents whereas I already mentioned in the IMM 1295 application form that i am unemployed when I submitted application for work permit in visa office in Jan 2021.

You claimed you were working in UAE. UAE has a wage protection system to protect the rights of employees. So the employer has to deposit salary somewhere either a bank or at a money exchange to show that they have been paying to the employee. In South Asia, those employers who give cash instead of deposits, at least give the salary slips. Never heard of anyone not getting salary slips.

They give only salary certificate on their official letter head to employees stating his mothly salary and employed with us since....
 
The salary they deposit into money exchange but that is very low which they have to deposit to show government that they are paying to their employees.

For Number 2, they are probably not asking about your previous employment since you have already mentioned that you are unemployed, and also it says 'updated' meaning they want to know if you are employed currently somewhere and provide evidence if so.
 
i think they do but i dont afraid to take these steps lol i sent webform with attached proposal just to remind them to reopen. may be it work and they reopen in one week. who knows, this is my time with my luck after settlement
