Strong story here Sona! Congratulations! I'm exactly in the same boat, with profile created in September 2019 with 466 CRS, gaps in FSW lots, 2020 with Covid and finally managed OINP in Oct 2021. Currently awaiting nomination and the whole bunch of waiting after AOR. I'm also planning to do upfront medicals, taking the chance, hope to finish all of it soon! Thanks for sharing this!

I share a similar story as yours and of Sona but I started my process back in September 2017. Missed out on a lot of chances by one point and kept on waiting thinking CRS will come down but it never came down since then ... When I had a CRS of 432 back in 2017, the cutoff came till 433.

After years of hardwork, pain, suffering and struggles, I made it though and it was worth it !

After sending the passport, do we receive an email when the COPR is issued application is approved? Or need to check the IRCC website daily?

Yes, you can check to see if your counterfoil is generated in IRCC profile (after which your application status changes to approved ... You will get ghost update email as well when its approved

Have confirmed by calling too after receiving the 3rd GU that security has been passed and everything is approved. The RFV would be sent when the file is picked up was the response when I called them on 16th Feb, 2021

Did they told u about ur other stages are they passed?
And if yes so Don't worry wait till early march u will receive as it's weekend ongoing now

I called IRCC a few days ago and was told Review Required for my eligibility. The officer did not reveal much apart from: Review Required. Also:
Criminality - passed
info sharing - in progress.
Forgot to ask about the visa office.

Here is my summary:

PNP Ontario - Outland
AOR - August 17th, 2021

Nov 2nd - Got married
Nov 12th - Updated IRCC about change in status via web form
Dec 14th - Received Spousal Kit (forms & instructions)
Dec 14th - Received Biometric Request Letter for myself
Dec 21st - My Biometric was done and updated on the profile the same day
Jan 12th - Spousal Kit Submitted (Includes spouse's medicals, fee payments, police, marriage certificate, pictures, etc)
Jan 18th - Spouse added to profile under dependents
Jan 18th - Spouse Biometric Request Letter Received
Jan 18th - Review of medical results - you passed the medical exam.
Jan 20th - Spouse's Biometrics was done & updated on profile same day

Since then no updates.
The last update on the profile shows:

Latest update:
Review of medical results - January 18, 2022:You passed the medical exam.

Since then no update again. Called IRCC a few days ago and was told Review Required for my eligibility. Since then no update or GU.

PS: I requested GCMS notes on the 2nd of February, so hopefully the notes should be out soon.

Any idea what Review Required means. Also, anyone with this status and later received PPR?

Review required means a junior VO has assessed your file and now your file is waiting for further review for eligibility and final decision from a more senior officer
