Travel while 20 weeks pregnant

Hi,

I am posting on behalf of my friend who is in India. She and her husband are Canadian PRs. They never lived in Canada but did a soft landing last year. Now my friend is 5 months pregnant and her husband has got a new job in Canada and he needs to start the job in two weeks. Is it safe to travel to Canada next week as she is 5 months pregnant now? Would she be stopped at the Toronto airport even though she is a Canadian PR?

Sure if she has doctor‘s approval. Why would she be stopped If she is PR?
