Clarification needed on my Daughter document submission

I've already submitted birth certificate for my daughter(Age 2) as part of the online application filing but today IRCC has requested to provide birth certificate again through request. While submission should i give my name or daughter name in the sign option?

Yes it is in English Only. Earlier we downloaded from gov portal, validated digital signature in pdf, took print out, Scanned & submitted . But we are planning now to upload direct pdf of Birth certificate from gov portal. Will it cause any issue due to this digital signature?
