It appears that there are quite a few people in this situation. No idea what's with the Winnipeg office. Another roadblock in this excruciating journey for us.

I am in the same boat. I think that Visa office is not working. Haven't seen many updates from them.

I guess the patience testing continues for some of us! it’s just sad how theres no uniformity..!!

I have received the gcms notes recently. It seems my file was not even touched since it moved to winnipeg.
I have applied for mine! So lets see! Any officer notes? Or the de date on your file?
There was a note on 2021/11/16 which says R10 OK Recommendation. Then in January file moved to Winnipeg and no updates since then.
