Hi. No updates yet. The status in my student portal account is still ‘Acknowledgement’ for nearly 3 months since i sent my application. I wonder when the status will change.

Hello, I applied for the September 2023 intake in March and my checklist status still shows missing papers, despite the fact that I have uploaded my documents three times and my account status has not been updated. I require immediate assistance. I've also emailed a number of individuals, but have received no valid responses.
