Can't access application under "Action"

I recently got an ITA. I uploaded all the documents but got an error while I tried to pay my fee. So I logged in later, I could not access my profile. There was no option like Continue or Decline under the Action. Has anybody else experienced this? It's been 4 days and there's no update, I still can't access my application under the "Unsubmitted" application list. Time is running out for me to submit the application. Can't reach to customer service. How long would it take for them to respond to a technical issue reported through webform?

Could you find any solution? I have the same issue for 4 days now and don't know what to do as they do not respond neither emails nor calls.

Am having the same issue for two weeks now and still nl solutions despite numerous reports

Hi,

This is a technical glitch that lasts for couple of hours and has been faced by many. You might have cancelled the payment and tried to go back.

Simply try clearing the browser cache and cookies, if using Google Chrome then try accessing the portal using the Incognito mode. it should be fine.
