Still says - In review with IRCC .... I think that status on PR POrtal is misleading

And there was no mail from IRCC to tell me that my cards have been mailed.

I believe as in most cases, they don't bother to update. I hope i will receive PR card in a week or so

So today and yesterday, I opened my profile and it says application/profile updated but there is no update on my application. At least, it got moved from Ottawa to Edmonton in January. Has anybody experienced same and got PPR?
