Study visa final y from IRCC

Good day everyone one,
Please who know someone that submitted his or her study visa Application package on 17th November 2021, that has received decision from IRCC.
During the time I submitted my application package on 17 Nov 2021, they said I will receive decision within 12 weeks, and it's over 14 weeks of my submition, I haven't received there decision.
Please someone should kindly assist with information.

Who said you will receive a decision in 12 weeks? Processing times are an average only. Many people have been waiting many months. All you can do is wait.
