Visitor visa via GCkey Vs Ircc new portal which is faster ?

Hi,
I'm applying for a visitor visa first time for my mom and dad, me and my husband are both PR.
The processing time for visitor visa from India shows 81 days now but on the new ircc portal says 14 or 30 business days.

I'm confused as to which portal to apply from, as I'm reading online that application from gckey were actually faster than new ircc portal.

Did anybody have positive experience with the new ircc portal ??

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!

Just curious, where can you see the processing time for the IRCC portal? Can you send me the link please?
