I will be applying soon.
As per what I know, the process is identical to the regular TRV - you just have to follow canada.ca guidelines.

Logged in just now: BOWP is approved and is valid for 2 years!!! Oh, Yeah

For anyone who is wondering how much time it takes to deliver a WP to your BC address from the moment the WP is marked as approved:
checked our mailbox today and an IRCC letter with the WP was there.
BOWP Approved: February, 15. 2022
BOWP Delivered: February, 21. 2022
