will a dismissed dui cause me any problems?

I have a clean FBI background check and no other convictions.

I also have a legal opinion letter from a Canadian immigration attorney that explains why I am admissible to Canada!

I am getting anxious about this as background check gets closer

Hey, how did you dismiss your dui

Dismissed would mean the charges were dropped and the case didn't go to trial. You would do this with the help of a good lawyer while the charges are still pending and before there's a court decision on the charges.
