can someone kindly help. I am trying to create an account on
https://citapply-citdemande.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register
and the error msg I have been getting is "Our system is down. Try again later. " This has been ongoing for about 2 weeks now. Am I doing something wrong? Currently using the latest Firefox and Chrome to test and still the same result. My 3 years is coming up on Mar 1st and I want to hit the submit button on that day. Is there some place that I can find out when the system will be up?

Are you on a VPN by any chance? I remember having issues when I was using a VPN.

1. Where does it ask to upload a digital photo. I do not see an option for that?

2. I have a post Secondary education from my home country. will that be accepted as proof of proficiency in English here in Canada, N.B. (I am from an English speaking country), or do I need to do an English exam here?

I am also a bit confused by this question...please can someone assist me. The years in Canada I understand but the first year I was in my home country still... I did file my taxes there but on this question do I then tick yes or is it no as does this only apply to taxes in Canada or all your tax returns? Thank you

No, the first year does not relate to Canada if you were still in your home country. As long as you have filed all other taxes since, you have been living in Canada.

1. It's on the page that says "Upload more documents" or something. It should be the first one on that page, says "Digital Photo".

2. According to this, an English post-secondary education from abroad is acceptable too. I think it just has to state that the program was in English, although I think if the transcript/diploma itself is in English, it is sufficient. Hello!

I'm about to finalize my online application, but still a bit cautious about the passport page copies.

For the standard paper application, IRCC requests that you scan and print out ALL of the passport pages (for any passports/travel docs you've held over the 5 year period), but the ONLINE application only asks for the bio page(s) and has a line saying that at some point I will be asked to show the original passport/travel documents (also a part of the paper based processing).

My question is, should I just follow the online application to a "T", or is there any point of actually uploading the whole passport package in Additional Documents? I couldn't find this question being answered to a sufficient extent and I asked in a different thread but nobody replied, so here I am.

Hello, I am going to apply as family of 3 at the end of February. I have a question. I was filling form for my daughter for column 11. She is 21. I have to fill all her education and employment detail. As a student, she has done a lot of part time jobs. So I need 16 columns but after 15 column, I wasn’t able to add more column. Do anyone know about it.
