The embassy have refund my previous fees but they have refund 3 members fees. I have not got 1 member’s fees so where I should mail them? Please reply

Today I got my caipes notes and in that they have said that
The purpose of visit does not appear reasonable given the applicants socio-economic situation and therefore I am not satisfied that the applicant would leave canada at the end of the period of authorised stay.
The applicant’s travel history is not sufficient to count as a positive factor in my assessment.
So I want to know about socio-economic situation,what’s that?? Please reply how can I overcome
