Dear all,
I am writing to enquire whether the premium package that we bought at vfs centres while doing the biometrics is it really worth it? As I have submitted the web form but it nowhere asked me to upload the premium package details to upload.
I have two questions,
1. The email that I received after paying 1700 with sms service said they will pick up in 3-5 working days, so will they pickup soon?
2. As I did not mention anywhere about my premium service for courier service(even there was no option in the form to fill), does that mean it was a scam?

Well while filing the form, it was clearly asked:

Did you avail for Premium Lounge at the time of enrolling BIO? :

And if you select YES then there is a slot for Tracking Number and a place to upload Premium Receipt Lounge too.

1. Yes. Usually in 2-3 'working' days.
