Turist Visa Refusal form Albania

Hi there. My visitor visa which I applied in the early November was refused. I have received the notes but sincerely I don't understand the refusal. I uploaded the program and I have the money for all the spending. I am attaching the notes. Can somebody tell me why I was refused. Thank You.

Notes: Taking the applicant's purpose of visit into account, the documentation provided in support of the applicant's financial situation does not demonstrate that the applicant is sufficiently established that the proposed visit would be a reasonable expense.

I am not satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of their stay as a temporary resident, I note that:

-the client is married or has dependents or states to have close family ties in their home country, but is not sufficiently established

The purpose of visit does not appear reasonable given the applicant's socio-economic situation and therefore I am not satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of the period of authorized stay.

Weighing the factors in this application. I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay.

For the reasons above, I have refused this application.

I have applied on 2 November and I get the refusal after 1 month. My, my wife and our son were going to Canada to visit a family friend and his family for Christmas and after we were going to USA for New Year`s (we have USA tourist visa). My and my wife were applying for tourist visa. Our son have an active visitor visa. My and my wife had the tourist visa but our passport expire and the visa too so we were applying to take it again in our new passport. We have been to Canada before covid19 for a week.

VO doesn’t believe you showed enough funds to visit Canada for three people. Did you upload you and your spouse’s employment letters that showed you had jobs and were given vacation time? Assume you live in your home country.

Coming to visit Canada at Christmas in the middle of Covid lockdowns probably wasn’t a good idea. So timing was not good. Canadians couldn’t gather (limited numbers) with their family members so how would your family friend be able to host you?

I have uploaded proof of that we have a home in property in my home country and job letter with salary which are higher for our average country and bank showing that we have more than 100K CAD in our bank.

Don’t know that rest of your profile but if that is personal bank accounts for 3 people then you should have been okay.

Given you were coming for only one week in the middle of a pandemic, and you may have had to quarantine for 14 days then you may want to reapply in the coming months.

It looks like you’ve applied for 2 student permits which indicates that you want to remain in Canada for longer durations. That is likely one of the reasons for refusal.
