I gave upfront medicals in Oct last year and it passed in Dec.
In Jan, they requested medicals for my child and it was passed two days later.
Your application has taken so long as mine, but the difference is that you have family and I am a single applicant.

Since we are f*cked, which country would be a better plan B? UK, Netherlands or Germany?
UK if you're able to afford it. If not, Netherlands is easier to integrate into without the language. Definitely Germany if you're willing to learn German for better social life.

Unfortunately, I've no idea what people with M1 should do.

For other outland applicants (not M1), as I see, sitting and waiting for a re-med request may take an unpredictable amount of time. I know a guy with his meds expired in Sep, 2021, and still he hasn't received a re-med request. In contrast, on this forum and several whatsapp chats I see many PPR-receivers who emphasised that they had done upfront medical exam.

The main question is: how fresh medicals increase one's chances to get PPR sooner than later?
My answer is: we should take into account that there's no official data, and the priority list is just my assumption based on my observations that getting a new medicals may be a key factor. I am just a human, I can make mistakes.
I have started believing in this. Instead of waiting, why not proactively get this thing done, which we are sure will be required.

@Glaber

So assuming they have enough inventory to accomplish their targets for 2022, shouldn't they conduct at least some kind of draws after the current inventory reaches half by July-August this year, since all of them should be counted towards 2023 quota right ?
Check Kubeir's video on the latest announcement. he infers the same.. draws only after first half of the year, which will cater to the target for 2023. For this year, backlogs will complete the landing targets.

Honestly, I don't like German language and I think they are a bit racist (well Turkish people does not have the best reputation in Germany :D). But my husband somehow loves Germany.
I guess Netherlands is a better choice given that they make it easier for Turkish people to get a visa, but my heart will always be with North America

Mexico is in North America.
i was trying for the mexico, via work permit routes prior to knowing of the canadian pr route.
I was able to get some recommendations / references from two mexican professionals i met via linkedin but the firms weren't responding and later even contacted the embassy to fetch info on work permit participants of the country. But all efforts went into nothing. Later after an year someone told me mexican WP is easy via bribing the right officials, little did i know of this path.

Can anybody help filter job profiles/ professions/ industry that are in demand for Netherlands?
And what I have noticed, all job openings require the applicant to already have a work permit? How does that happen ?
( I am new to exploring work ways other than US/Canada. ):(

You know, I have never believed that getting a visa/resident permit/citizenship is a right. I know that it is something that you have to earn and meet the criteria, but holy shit, how long should an individual wait before they have a meaningful response to his submitted application?
another aor 2019...which is your vo?

I am not aware of the processes for Netherlands as well. Would love hear from people who might have an experience.
