work permit

i have british pasport and ETA
do we need to fill these form if applying work permit at airport(port of entry)

1==imm 1295.
2==imm 5257

and do we need to submit application also before arrive in canada?? and then they wil give referance number with that number and documents should we apply wp at poe
or u just come with LMIA and job contract and can get work permit?

You can’t apply for a WP on arrival. Do you have an LMIA?
