Hello everyone,
I need some guidance here.
I received a full time permanent job offer from a BC employer outside Vancouver with salary above the Median wage.

Employer has provided me all the documents for BC PNP and my salary is above the Median wage of my Job NOC.

The ONLY PROBLEM IS:
My Employer has only 2 Full time Employees on payroll, I'll be the 3rd Fulltime.
BUT the BC PNP guidelines state that at least 3 Full-time employee are Required by employer to be eligible for job offer.

The company is Private Ltd and Incorporated in BC since 1990's.

What can me or my Employer do here to fix this? Anything he should write in Recommendation Letter?

He has 3 part-time Consultants or work basis only so do they count, such as an Chartered Accountant for doing his taxes?

Also I'll be the First Foreign employee at his company.

Kindly advise
Thank you.

Your employer isn’t eligible if it doesn’t meet the requirements. Your employer should contact BC PNP and find out if they ever waive the requirements. If the 3 part-time consultants are employees (get T4, get taxes deducted), then still no. Must be full-time. would assume the CA is self employed and works for a firm so no.

The 3 part time consultants will not be considered as full time employees.

Your employer should contact BC PNP to ask if there are any exceptions to the 3 full time employee minimum. If there are not, then this arrangement unfortunately won't work out.
