Deported from USA few months ago.

Hi,
A few months ago my friend have been deported(With no criminal activity) for 5 years from the USA.
(Reason: He applied for a couple of jobs with fake experience in the USA) and now he is interested in applying to Canada pr. Can he apply to Canadian PR?
He got his FBI report. In the FBI report, it is clearly mentioned about his deportation(THIS INDIVIDUAL HAS REVEALED PRIOR ARREST
DATA AT THE FBI.)
What are the chances of getting approval? What are the steps he should follow?

Is he eligible to apply based on his age, education (ECAs), language (IELTS) and work experience. Then if eligible, he needs a CRS score of 470 and most likely 480.

He can apply. He needs to declare the US deportation along with any other visa refusals or removals from any other part of the world. Otherwise he follows the same process as anyone else would.

He needs to make sure he is 100% truthful in his application for Canadian PR (including not falsifying work experience). Otherwise he'll end up with a 5 year ban from Canada as well.

Arrests needs to be declared when applying for PR to Canada. Whether this will impact PR will depend on the nature of those arrest and the outcomes (i.e. if he was charged or convicted).
