Problematic field error in company name

Hi ,

I need another suggestion from you guyz. My employer name has a special character in it. because of which the form is throwing a "problematic field" error.

What i a m worried is if i just submit without the special character , then the company name would not match exactly with my reference letter.

What do you suggest.
