New message about application status after Refusal

I sent my application on November 14 2021
Got my biometrics validation on Feb 9 2022
Got my Refusal on Feb 10 2022
And on Feb 11 2022 at the same time i got a new message saying there is a change in my application process
They did bot request my passport
I logged in and it was empty
What does this mean ?
i am applying for visitor visa from lebanon online
Pls help
