Hi There. How are you able to contact IRCC. When I tried calling 1.613.944.4000 the IVR clearly says that it doesn't answer questions about Immigration or PR. What options are you guys choosing to talk to an agent?

0:30 PRESS 1
Wait for the voice to start and PRESS 3220 rapidly
You will hear the call being connected to an agent and wait time estimate.
