Hi all, I appreciate any help.

I landed a couple of days ago. Since I didn't have a permanent address, the officer told me to submit the address online on https://cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/index.asp
But when I enter my information, it doesn't recognizes me. Any suggestions what to do now?
