And quite frustrating to see absolutely no semblance of order when it comes on to processing. Many folks who applied in 2021 are getting their PPR emails and yet here I am with no change to my profile since 2020. Go figure!

It is heartrending, the backlog should have been cleared starting with 2018, 2019, 2020 in that order.

Hello, I have just received an email requesting IMM5406 and schedule A. Can someone @legalfalcon or anyone else who can help please advise me where to find these updated forms. I am also 8 months pregnant so will not be able to fly once COPR is issued, however would anyone suggest adding a letter to state I am pregnant and will add on baby along with other documents once baby is here? Or should I go ahead and do the above forms for my husband and myself.

Thank you for your patience. Here is the following update we received from IRCC on your behalf:

• Conducting additional verification
• Criminality in Progress
• Medical has passed
• No additional documentation is needed at this time
• No bring forward date

"Proof of funds: Please provide a bank statement or payslips to show that you were paid for the professional work that you performed for your employer."
Should I send my payslip for the last 6 months or for the period I quoted work in my application.

This isn't true for me, my criminality was passed till October 2021, it went back to not started after my PCC expired. Basically, Indian PCC validity is only for 6 months or a year I think. So, was asked for fresh PCC.

In my case criminality is still passed even though PCCs have expired. OCT-20 AOR.

A few months from the beginning of what you claimed and a last few months would suffice.
